We’re excited to share the latest milestone in our journey at Tiptap. Thanks to the great support of our investors, we’ve secured $2.6 million in Series Seed funding. Expa led the round, with participation from Y Combinator, Dennis Just, Radu Spineanu, and Liz Wessel.
Tiptap, one of the leading open-source dev tools for rich content editors, has seen significant growth. With over 2 million downloads per month and trusted by companies like Substack, AxiosHQ, and GitLab, we’re committed to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in content editing.
Over the next few months, we’re gearing up to bring you even more exciting features. We’re doubling down on our two major focuses: real-time collaboration and AI integration for the Tiptap editor. Our mission is to empower every text box on the web to become smart and collaborative.
