Text and formatting
Paragraphs
Text content, spacing, indentation, and line height across the pipeline.
Headings
Heading levels 1 through 9, title and subtitle styles, and style resolution.
Text alignment
Left, center, right, and justify alignment on paragraphs and headings.
Bold, italic, underline, strike
Inline text marks from Word run properties and their round-trip behavior.
Subscript and superscript
Vertical alignment marks for formulas and notation. Import works, export does not.
Text color and highlight
Text color, character shading, and highlight marks with multicolor support.
Font family and size
Font extraction from Word run properties and pixel-to-half-point conversion.
Lists
Bullet lists, ordered lists, nesting, numbering formats, and task lists.
Tabs
Tab characters are converted to spaces on import. Tab stop positions are not preserved.
Structures and media
Tables
Table structure, merged cells, column widths, cell backgrounds, and borders.
Images
Inline and floating images, dimensions, alt text, and the upload flow.
Hyperlinks and bookmarks
External links, email links, internal anchors, and bookmark targets.
Block elements

Math and equations
LaTeX math in the editor and OMML in DOCX. Export works, import does not.
Footnotes and endnotes
Extracted via REST API but not surfaced in the editor extension callback.
